Man United: Fullbacks Luke Shaw (hamstring) and Aaron Wan-Bissaka (illness) remain out, with Alex Telles and Diogo Dalot set to start. Center back Victor Lindelof is also absent due to personal reasons after his home was broken into. Jadon Sancho, their big-money signing from Borussia Dortmund, likely misses out. Manager Ralf Rangnick said the winger attended a family funeral on Wednesday and that it has affected him quite a lot. The boss said on Friday that he isn’t sure if he will be available.
West Ham: Angelo Ogbonna remains out with his serious knee injury, but the team has been greatly boosted by Algeria’s horrible showing at the Africa Cup of Nations. Winger Said Benrahma is back in the fold thanks to his team’s failure at the competition, and he’s expected to be available for this game. It’s a big inclusion for the side because he’s been superb this season. After one goal in 33 games last season, he’s scored eight times in 28 games this season.
The Red Devils once again stumble, settling for just a point at home as the defense once again lets them down. Pick: Man United 2, West Ham 2
